when will it arrive?
delivery timing depends on the city and its local partner. the exact window for your city is shown before you pay.
does every city receive the same basket?
no. the price stays the same, while the basket is adapted to local products, availability, and household usefulness.
can products be substituted?
yes. if an item is unavailable, the partner may replace it with a comparable product of equal or greater value.
what if the recipient is outside the delivery area?
the order can’t proceed until coverage is confirmed. you can provide another address or request expanded coverage.
